Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use it on our courier partner's website to follow your package in real time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Are your products natural?

Are your products tested on animals?
Never. PassionCare is cruelty‑free. We do not test on animals, and we only work with suppliers who share this commitment.
How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep lids tightly closed. Most products have a shelf life of 24 months from manufacture; check the packaging for the specific period after opening (PAO) symbol.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we provide sample vials with every order so you can try new scents. You can also purchase sample sets directly from our shop.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns on opened products. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they are processed. After that, the order is in our packing queue and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
How long do refunds take?
Once we approve a refund, it typically takes 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
